My journey wasn't paved with ease. I faced moments that tested every fiber of who I am physically, mentally, and spiritually. There were times when giving up seemed like the only option.
But through faith, perseverance, and an unshakeable belief that transformation is always possible, I found my way. I didn't just survive. I learned to thrive.

Do I need to be fit to start?
Absolutely not. We meet you where you are. Every workout is scalable and Coach C will adjust everything to your level.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just bring water, a towel, and a positive attitude. Wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers.
Can I try a class before committing?
Yes! We offer drop-in sessions for $15 so you can experience a class before choosing a membership.
How does the performance tracking work?
We use a professional tracking system that monitors your workouts, nutrition, and progress. You'll receive weekly and monthly performance scores.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available right outside the gym at 813 Churchmans Road.
What age is youth training for?
Our youth programs are designed for young athletes. Summer Fit Camp is ages 6-14, and year-round youth training is available.
