Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. We meet you exactly where you are. Every workout is scalable and Coach C adjusts everything to your level. The only requirement is that you show up.

What should I bring to my first class?

Water, a towel, and a willingness to work. Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Leave the excuses at the door.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes. Drop-in sessions are available so you can experience the energy before choosing a membership. Come once — we think you'll be back.

Do you work with schools, first responders, or organizations?

Is there parking and where are you located?

We're at 813 Churchmans Road, New Castle, DE with free parking right outside the door. Easy to find, easy to get in and get to work.
